Holistic care designed to empower you!

Recovery Room Melbourne is an Osteopathic clinic in the heart of Chelsea Heights, providing care to locals and those in surrounding suburbs from Cheltenham down to the Mornington Peninsula.

Our goal is to empower you, designed to restore movement and function whilst giving you the tips and tricks to your own self-care recovery.

What is an Osteopath?

Osteopaths are healthcare professionals that focus on the neuro-musculoskeletal system, which comprises bones, muscles, nerves and other tissues that support the human body and control its movements. An Osteopath may provide hands on treatment, postural and ergonomic advice, diet and lifestyle advice and exercise rehabilitation. Osteopaths strive to understand the interconnections of your presentation, not just the symptoms that maybe causing you discomfort.

Recovery Room Melbourne assists those by providing a range of services including general Osteopathy, Women’s Health services, Functional Lymphatic detox as well as Clinical and Reformer Pilates.
